Due to the nature of our products. All digital products, downloadable materials, courses, templates, guides, or any other digital goods offered on this Site are non-refundable under all circumstances.

Once access is granted or a product is delivered, all sales are final. No exceptions will be made for:

  • Change of mind
  • Improper download
  • Inability to access due to personal device or software issues
  • Failure to utilize or complete the material

By checking out, you acknowledge and agree that you are purchasing non-refundable digital content.

Luxury Headwear Refund Policy

At Kae’z Kustom Krowns, every piece is individually handcrafted with detailed embellishments, custom styling, and artistic design elements. Due to the handmade nature of our products, each crown is uniquely created and may contain slight variations in placement, fabric patterns, rhinestones, pearls, patches, and embellishments. No two crowns will ever be identical.

By placing an order, customers acknowledge and accept these artistic variations as part of the custom handcrafted experience.

Refund Eligibility

We do not offer refunds on:

  • Custom orders
  • Personalized items
  • Worn items
  • Incorrect sizing selected by the customer
  • Minor artistic variations in handmade designs

Refunds or replacements are only granted if:

  • The item arrives damaged due to an error on our behalf
  • The wrong item was shipped

Customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order number
  • Clear photos of the damage
  • Packaging photos if applicable

Shipping Damage Policy

If an item is damaged during shipping, customers must:

  1. Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
  2. Provide clear photographs of the damaged packaging and item
  3. Return the original damaged item before a replacement can be issued

Replacement items will not be shipped until the original item has been returned and inspected.

Kae’z Kustom Krowns reserves the right to deny replacement claims that do not meet these requirements.


Return Policy

Due to the handmade and custom nature of our products, all sales are considered final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind
  • Buyer’s remorse
  • Incorrect sizing selected by the customer
  • Minor design differences resulting from the handmade process

Approved returns for damaged items must:

  • Be unworn
  • Be returned in original condition
  • Include original packaging when possible

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Care Instructions & Product Handling

All crowns and embellished headwear should be handled with care.

Due to delicate handcrafted embellishments such as:

  • pearls
  • rhinestones
  • chains
  • patches
  • specialty fabrics
  • scarf detailing

customers should:

  • Store items in a cool, dry place
  • Avoid excessive heat and moisture
  • Avoid crushing or bending the crown
  • Spot clean only
  • Handle embellishments gently
  • Keep away from small children and pets due to small decorative components

Improper handling, excessive force, or failure to follow care instructions may damage the item and void eligibility for replacement consideration.

  • Interpret artistic inspiration creatively while remaining aligned with the customer’s vision
  • Update pricing, policies, and product availability at any time without notice

By purchasing from Kae’z Kustom Krowns, customers acknowledge and agree to all shop policies, processing timelines, and handmade product terms.
