A Division of KJ Enterprise
Effective Upon Enrollment

This Membership Agreement (“Agreement”) is a binding contract between the enrolling Member (“Member” or “You”) and KJ Enterprise, operating as Business Bonds & Banking Academy (“BBB Academy”). By purchasing, accessing, or participating in the Academy membership or any related services, You acknowledge that You have read, understood, and agreed to the terms below.

1. PURPOSE OF MEMBERSHIP

BBB Academy provides Members with access to educational materials, digital content, courses, templates, resources, community discussions, live sessions, and related informational products focused on business, finance, UCC concepts, entrepreneurship, bonding foundations, and economic empowerment.

All materials are provided for informational and educational purposes only. BBB Academy does not offer legal, financial, tax, or professional advice.

2. MEMBERSHIP BENEFITS

As a Member in good standing, You may receive:

Access to all Academy courses free of charge

8. TERMINATION POLICY

KJ Enterprise may terminate or suspend a Member’s access for:

Harassment or misuse of the community
Chargebacks or payment disputes
Abuse of discounts or codes
Intellectual property theft

Members may cancel at any time; cancellation does not result in refunds.

9. AMENDMENTS & UPDATES

This Agreement shall be governed under the laws of the State in which KJ Enterprise is legally registered. Any disputes shall be resolved through private arbitration unless required otherwise by law.

By enrolling in BBB Academy, the Member acknowledges, affirms, and agrees that:

They have read this entire Agreement
They understand the nature of the membership
They consent to these terms voluntarily
They accept full responsibility for their actions

SIGNATURE OF AGREEMENT

Membership confirmation and payment serve as the Member’s digital signature and full acceptance of this contract.

ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
