Order Acceptance

By placing an order through KJ Enterprise, KaeJohnson.com, Business Bonds & Banking Academy and Kae’z Kustom Krowns, customers acknowledge and agree to all shop policies, terms, conditions, processing times, and product descriptions prior to completing their purchase.

All orders are subject to review and acceptance. Kae Johnson and affiliated brands reserve the right to refuse, limit, cancel, or decline any order at our sole discretion for reasons including but not limited to:

  • suspected fraud

  • unauthorized transactions

  • abusive behavior

  • policy violations

  • inaccurate billing information

  • suspicious activity

  • product availability issues

  • inappropriate custom requests

If an order is canceled by our team after payment has been processed, the customer will be notified and refunded accordingly.

Custom Order Cancellation Policy

Due to the handmade and personalized nature of our luxury crowns and custom products, custom orders cannot be canceled once production, sourcing, or design preparation has begun.

This includes:

  • custom embellishment sourcing

  • specialty material ordering

  • personalized design preparation

  • handcrafted production work

A non-refundable deposit may be required before custom production begins.

If a cancellation request is submitted prior to production beginning, approval will be determined at the sole discretion of Kae’z Kustom Krowns.

Ready-to-Ship Order Cancellations

Requests to cancel ready-to-ship orders must be submitted within 12 hours of purchase.

Once an order has:

  • entered processing

  • been packaged

  • generated a shipping label

  • or shipped

the order can no longer be canceled.

Digital Product Purchase Policy

All sales of digital products are final.

Due to the immediate access and downloadable nature of:

  • eBooks

  • digital courses

  • templates

  • guides

  • educational resources

  • downloadable materials

we do not offer:

  • refunds

  • exchanges

  • cancellations

  • partial refunds

once digital access has been granted or files have been delivered.

Customers are responsible for reviewing all product descriptions before purchase.

Subscription & Recurring Payment Policy

If subscription-based products, memberships, courses, or recurring services are offered through this website in the future, customers acknowledge and agree that:

  • recurring payments authorize automatic billing according to the selected subscription plan

  • subscriptions may renew automatically unless canceled prior to the next billing cycle

  • customers are responsible for managing their own subscription settings

  • failure to cancel before renewal may result in additional charges

Kae Johnson reserves the right to:

  • modify subscription pricing

  • discontinue subscription services

  • revoke access due to policy violations

  • terminate memberships at any time

Pricing & Product Availability

All pricing, product descriptions, promotions, and availability are subject to change without notice.

Due to the handmade and limited-edition nature of many products:

  • inventory quantities may be limited

  • certain items may sell out quickly

  • custom materials may become unavailable

Kae’z Kustom Krowns reserves the right to substitute similar embellishments or materials when necessary while maintaining the overall artistic vision and quality of the design.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Customers agree not to initiate fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes.

In the event of a chargeback involving:

  • delivered products

  • completed custom work

  • digital downloads

  • fulfilled services

Kae Johnson reserves the right to submit:

  • proof of delivery

  • customer communications

  • digital access logs

  • signed invoices

  • order confirmations

  • production evidence

to financial institutions and dispute processors.

Fraudulent disputes may result in:

  • denied future purchases

  • account restrictions

  • collections activity

  • legal action where applicable

Limitation of Purchase Rights

Kae Johnson and affiliated brands reserve the right to:

  • limit purchase quantities

  • refuse service

  • restrict access to products or services

  • terminate accounts for misuse or policy violations

without prior notice.

Agreement to Policies

By purchasing from KaeJohnson.com and Kae’z Kustom Krowns, customers acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to all purchase, cancellation, refund, shipping, intellectual property, and store policies prior to checkout.
