Processing & Production Time Policy

Each Kae’z Kustom Krown is handcrafted with detailed embellishments and custom artistic elements. Production times vary depending on design complexity, material availability, and order volume.

Estimated Processing Times
Ready-to-Ship Items: 3–7 business days
Custom Orders: 2–4 weeks
Highly Detailed Luxury Customs: May require additional production time

Customers will receive tracking information once their order has shipped.

Please note:
Processing time does not include shipping transit time.

Rush orders may be available for an additional fee depending on availability.

Shipping Damage Policy

If an item is damaged during shipping, customers must:

  1. Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
  2. Provide clear photographs of the damaged packaging and item
  3. Return the original damaged item before a replacement can be issued

Replacement items will not be shipped until the original item has been returned and inspected.

Kae’z Kustom Krowns reserves the right to deny replacement claims that do not meet these requirements.
